Rose of Jericho
Description
The rose of Jericho, also called "resurrection plant", is easily preserved in all its beauty, and for a very long time. This plant has the ability to open with a little water; simply place its roots in a saucer filled with at least half a centimeter of water. Once the plant is thirsty, and when the dry season arrives, the plant begins to thin out and the branches curl up to form a compact spherical mass.
This process of bending and stretching the branches of the Jericho rose is completely reversible and can occur many times, both in the plant's natural habitat and at home.
The rose of Jericho shows a tremendous ability to absorb unpleasant odors from its environment.
The size of Jericho's roses remains random.
