Customer Service
Our customer service is available by email or phone. Our warehouse is only open to our customers by appointment, scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Our telephone exchange is open from 10 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm every day from Monday to Friday at 05.36.47.71.68. For any dispute, you can send us an email directly with the subject and a photo of the defective product to sav@esoterix.eu, we will respond within 24 business hours.
For any questions or appointment requests, our sales representatives are at your disposal by e-mail. Romain will answer you (when he is not at a restaurant) for the French-speaking part at romain@esoterix.eu and Camille for general questions, appointment requests... at contact@esoterix.eu
